Claims in respect of damages in delivery, shortage of quantity or impaired quality must be made in writing to us within 24 Hours of delivery.
We reserve the right to redeliver and shall not be liable to refund.
Our refund process can take up to 3-5 working days to complete once we have agreed to refund.
Cancellation of order must be made to us within an hour in writing. A cancellation charge might apply if any work already carried out before cancelation and will be deducted from refund.
